CUIDAR will be recognized as a leading entity in Orange County for treating and managing young children at risk for Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), placing a primary emphasis on parent involvement, early intervention and prevention, ongoing maintenance, and monitoring of outcomes.

CUIDAR delivers interventions that are geared to optimize social, cognitive, and brain development in young children, while preventing or reducing impairment in affected children before they enter school.  These objectives are realized through:
  • Planning, developing, and coordinating services with Orange County Head Start, Orange County Department of Education, Orange County preschools, and other key collaborators within the community
  • Utilizing state-of-the-art, multi-disciplinary programs and services
  • Providing community outreach and education services
  • Supporting data collection to improve clinical outcomes
